I have updated all drivers and even tried installing other codecs to no avail, so any help or guidance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I found that I had installed K-Lite codec pack on my previous PC so I did the same on the new one but it still wouldn't play H265 files. It fails to import and keeps telling me that the HEVC codec is missing. Only problem is that now the HEVC files wouldn't play on Premiere 21 anymore. This is my upgraded PC that I put together last week: I had Premiere Pro 2021 installed on the PC and it played HEVC mp4 files without issue.
